One of the challenges 3D geological modelling is spatial representation heterogeneous sedimentary rocks. The R’Mel coastal basin located in northwestern Morocco a very suitable area for rock formations. This part external Pre-Rif and composed rocks Miocene to Quaternary age (principally sand, marl, sandstone, silt, alluvia). Due impact climate change, any increase abstraction groundwater can accentuate its vulnerability marine water intrusion. Therefore, understanding geometry this aquifer so important. To achieve this, model was developed determine different HydroGeological Units (HGUs) aquifer. processing construction GIS database including detailed map, 125 boreholes, 50 vertical electrical soundings (VESs), as well development five cross-sections, helped build using software. provides visualization distribution eight HGUs. HGUs 3 6 consist marly-clayey lenses Plio-Quaternary are of: sand or/and sandstone (HGU 1), calcarenites lumachelles 2), and/or shelly 4), gravel with sandy-clayey matrix 5), gravelly 7). eighth layer 8) marls clays age. generation several sections from made it possible identify anticlines, synclines faults trending NNW–SSE NNE–SSW. Theses, support tectonics Gharb during Mio-Plio-Quaternary. Finally, conceptual developed.
